I have given some thoughts on the issues of AI art. Most anti-AI arguments are centered around use of other people's art. But that seems hypocritical to me as these same people are not complaining about character drawings. Drawings of the Enterprise, the Rocinante, Ms. Marvel, Batman, anime and manga characters are all out there but the characters and designs are someone else's intellectual property. The next argument is that it's computer generated. Yet, no complaints about fractal art. If these anti-AI people are honest, I believe the real issue is that a rank amateur can produce compelling works of art in seconds with only a couple of sentences that others have spent years trying to become good at traditionally.

Reporting all the sexually explicit porn I see (actual screenshots and animated gifs from porno films!). I even have the maturity filter on! One would think that with the surge of AI art and how the algorithm can detect inappropriate images, that DA would be able to apply that same technology. It would be better to have art declared as sexually explicit and then have to appeal it. It would also take care of the issue of people NOT putting on a maturity tag on their nude art. Get on with it, DA. What is the holdup?

Feeling a great deal of disappointment in DA, lately. All that comes up seems to be pornography (even showing penetration!), depictions of violence against women, thinly veiled ads for CBD gummies, and escort services. Having the mature filter is only useful if people actually tag their entries as being mature. I want to see and share art (don't give me that crap about "one person's art..."). Instead, I get... ugh, lowest common denominator. Doesn't anyone even TRY, anymore? Why is the feed so filled with a lack of inspiration?
